Tailor your new home by securing your home during construction. MN Custom Homes provide your buyer their personal Interior Designer to selection the finishes, colors and other attributes to suit their preferences.

  • Work with your Project Manager to review the plan for your home.
  • Meet with their own personal interior designer to assist in the selection of finishes, colors and other attributes.
  • Receive weekly status updates throughout the build process.

Our ideal properties include larger lots with limited topography and can often pay above market for smaller homes.

  • Lots greater than 8,000 SF.
  • Homes smaller than 2,400 SF.
  • Minimal topography preferred.
  • Minimal “nuisances” such as road noise and busy streets.

EFFICIENT FEASIBILITY → Our feasibility review periods are typically 15-days. We have performed over 200 feasibility reviews and promise weekly communication on our progress and findings.

in most cases, earnest money is released to the seller at the approval of feasibility so that they can use the money as they see fit.

MN Custom Homes pays you 3% of our purchase price on properties not listed on the NWMLS. Check with us first. If our offer isn’t compelling, take the home to market.

  • We will respond within 24-hours on our preliminary property review.
  • We will provide an initial offer within 2-business days.

Broker Flexibility

Options for you with 3% commission from MN.

  • Keep it. Example: $22,500 from 3% from MN and $22,500 as 3% from seller/homeowner = $45,000.
  • Give it.Increase the sales price by $22,500 as value to the homeowner/seller.

Receive and additional $10,000 bonus on top of your 2.5% commission by attaining mutual agreement prior to live listing (at home completion).
