- Agree on Price + Terms. Work with our award-winning brokers from NWG|Compass on putting a deal together that works with your unique financing and timing needs.
- Tailor + Customize. Personalize your new home finishes to your style and taste with the guidance of the MN Interior Design team. Receive weekly updates on the progress as your dream home nears completion.

I knew I was moving to Eastern Washington, but hadn’t found my new home yet. MN Custom Homes worked with me to design a contract that gave me flexibility on a move out date. Without that flexibility, I wouldn’t have felt comfortable selling my home.
