Eligibility 

• Open to individuals 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. 

• Participants must attend an MN Custom Homes Open House in person to enter. 

• Employees of MN Custom Homes, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. 

• Giveaway is void where prohibited. 

How to Enter 

• To enter, attendees must complete the official Open House signin form, including name, email, and phone number. 

• One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be removed. 

• Entries must be submitted during the Open House event to qualify for that month’s drawing. 

• No purchase necessary to enter or win. 

Prize 

• One (1) winner will receive a $100 Amazon gift card (or equivalent prize as determined by MN Custom Homes). 

• Prize is nontransferable, nonrefundable, and may not be redeemed for cash. 

Winner Selection 

• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received each month. 

• The drawing will occur on or before the first Friday of each month. 

• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

Winner Notification 

• Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry. 

• Winners must respond within 14 days of notification to claim the prize. 

• If the winner does not respond within the required timeframe, a new winner will be selected at random. 

• MN Custom Homes is not responsible for email delivery issues, spam filtering, or incorrect contact information. 

Consent to Communications 

• By entering, participants agree to receive communications from MN Custom Homes, including updates on new homes, events, and promotions. 

• Participants may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in email communications. 

Privacy 

• Personal information collected during entry will be used solely for the administration of this Giveaway and MN Custom Homes communications. 

• MN Custom Homes does not sell or share personal information with third parties. 

General Conditions 

• MN Custom Homes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice. 

• MN Custom Homes is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical or network failures. 

Agreement to Rules 

Participation in the Giveaway constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions and to MN Custom Homes’ decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
