This spring, MN Custom Homes had the privilege of completing another special project close to our hearts — a home built in support of Jubilee REACH, a local non-profit organization doing powerful work across Eastside communities. Every few years, we dedicate a new construction home where a significant portion of proceeds is donated directly to Jubilee REACH and the life-changing programs they offer.
This year’s Jubilee REACH Project was in the Lake Hills neighborhood in Bellevue, WA, completed in May 2025 — and what a beautiful celebration it turned out to be.
About the Project
The Jubilee REACH Home is more than a house — it’s a reflection of what can happen when a community comes together to support something greater.
Located in the heart of the Eastside, the home featured timeless architecture, modern interiors, and the craftsmanship you expect from MN Custom Homes. But what made it truly special was the cause behind it. A meaningful portion of proceeds from this home were directed to fund local programs that support youth, families, and neighbors in need through the work of Jubilee REACH.

Jubilee REACH is a nonprofit that’s been uplifting the Bellevue and Eastside community for nearly two decades. Through school partnerships, sports, mentoring, food and housing support, and wraparound services, their mission is rooted in showing up for those who need it most — relationally, emotionally, and practically.
Whether it’s helping a student access after-school programs or providing a family with emergency rent support, Jubilee REACH leads with compassion and builds real change at the local level.
