On August 19, 2022, Puget Sound Business Journal, a local Business Journal that reports business news and updates, announced Washington’s Best Workplaces for 2022. Each year the Business Journal partners with Quantum Workplace and surveys thousands of employees throughout the state. Last year, we ranked #10 as Washington’s Best Workplaces for 2021 in the mid-sized company category (between 50 and 99 employees). This year, we’ve ranked #3 as Washington’s Best Workplaces for 2022 in the large company category (between 100 and 499 employees) – quite an extraordinary honor!
Over the past 11 years we have been motivated by a very simple belief: people are our most important asset. It’s a widely accepted idea but infrequently acted upon in business. At MN, we’ve made an intentional choice to act on this belief. We have invested heavily in building an extraordinary culture that makes for a remarkable employee experience. Our years of “experimentation” have shown us that prioritizing and investing in people is a net positive for business.
